TAKING ACTION ON CELLULAR PHONE COMPLAINTS

WHEREAS , the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) is the sole body that exercises jurisdiction over the supervision, adjudication and control over all telecommunications services throughout the country;

WHEREAS , the Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT) is the primary policy, planning, coordinating, implementing, regulating and administrative entity of the Government for the promotion, development and regulation of cost-efficient communication facilities and services;

NOW THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order:

DONE in the City of Manila, this 11th day of June in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Nine.
